30 M31 observations × MOS1/MOS2; all redrawn from the same read-only 51-s audit receipt.
M31 Al-line anchored 2.1b
All 60 MOS cases
Every observation and each MOS camera shows the complete 51-s decision lightcurve, the Al-dominant high/low instrumental-line crossing, and the improved 51-s decision-rate histogram in the same three-panel figure. The Al centre and narrow orange band serve only the instrumental-line comparison; the green time band is a separately derived 2.1b final-GTI candidate, and the light-red band marks its extended high-side flare BTI episode. This page writes no new GTI and does not interpret the decision rate as SP flux.
A_Al,high−A_Al,low=0, with no polynomial extrapolation. Si serves only as a faint reference and no longer votes on the centre. Sign flips separated by fewer than 3 0.01-c/s grid steps are treated as one numerical crossing cluster; if multiple well-separated clusters remain, the selection automatically stops at "manual review" and produces no GTI.Has one reviewable candidate centre; still a diagnostic candidate, not a written GTI.
1001 MOS1, 1801 MOS1, 2601 MOS2, 2801 MOS1, 3101 MOS1: manual branch selection retained.
Per-case Al centre and 2.1b final-GTI candidate
The table gives the Al centre r* and the orange instrumental-line comparison sample r* ± 0.8√(r*/51 s); it is not the final GTI window. 2.1b establishes a flare core only when the z>3 high state persists for at least one independent 51-s window; it then tracks the z>1 shoulder, merges short holes no longer than 25.5 s, and adds a 25.5-s BTI guard at each end. The finally retained symmetric |z|≤3 sample does not re-select sporadic low points in the flare neighbourhood. With no core, the base GTI is fully retained, so 0800730201 MOS1 is 100%. For multiple cases, the Al centre remains a provisional branch for display only and no GTI may be written.

Three-panel figure review
Top: the complete base-GTI 51-s lightcurve (fixed 0–5 c/s; higher flares shown as top-of-plot triangles). The orange/blue points and orange band are low/high samples for instrumental-line comparison; the three bottom time bands are the GTI membership: purple 2.filter final GTI, red archived 2.1.filter GTI, green 2.1b final-GTI candidate. The light-red vertical band is the BTI after tracking the sustained high-side flare core to the shoulder and adding a 25.5-s guard; it also excludes the neighbouring sporadic low rates. With no core, no light-red BTI is produced and green must fully cover the base GTI. Horizontal dashed/solid lines are means or the Al centre on the same broad-rate axis, not time segments. Bottom-left: Al-dominant high/low line areas; Si uses the faint right axis only as reference. Bottom-right: orange is still only the line-comparison window; light green, only when a core exists, shows the final |z|≤3 trimming scale computed from per-bin effective exposure.
